Once an order is placed, it CANNOT BE CANCELED.
Your order will be processed within 1-4 business days. If you need an order by a certain date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fulfill your needs!
At this time, we only ship to the US.
We offer Standard Shipping 5-7 business days.
Our items usually arrive 3-5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product description page.
All of our *Girls* and *Boys* Collections take 2-4 weeks to arrive after the shipping date, not including weekends or holidays.
FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $25.00.
You may receive your order in multiple shipments. Shipping methods include USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
All sales are FINAL. If the item you purchased is damaged or not as described, we will accept your return. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
